Why will I be asked to wait in my car when I check in?
When you check in for your pet’s appointment, you will be asked to wait in your car. This protocol helps reduce stress for your pet, as waiting in a crowded lobby with other pets and strangers can be overwhelming. The familiar environment of your car can keep your pet calm.Ā Waiting in your car provides a more comfortable and private space for you and your pet. Once the doctor is ready, a technician will invite you to join your pet in the exam room. This approach aims to enhance the overall experience and safety for both pets and their owners.
